  They tried to make her go to rehab but she said, no, no, no. Should have taken the advice to heart. She was working hard to die for some time now.

  Welcome. Let it play out. Don't let it consume you. Things change with time. Keep busy and enjoy life. Do the things you wouldn't allow yourself before. The normal things you wouldn't allow because of the chains of guilt and WT thinking. Enjoy that freedom and it will become a treasure and your perspective will change when you see THEY are in prison and you are free at last. Keep posting. People here will give you support and better yet their experiences that are like yours and proof of future happiness for you.

  How important are God and Jesus to you?

  - how much i might be messing with your life and happiness by helping you see things the way i do.. i read the posts of many people on this board who are apparently happy, even deliriously happy, with their theism.

  No, it hasn't.

  Should atheists just back off and not try to mess up your good thing, if only to keep them from wasting their time?

  I don't preach anything.

  They are as important to me as the frisbee I lost over the fence in 6th grade. I don't miss it nor do I need it.

  Things are heating up again!

  this evening my dad came into my room and told me that this week he is going to disassociate himself.

  he is totaly fed up with the organisation.. recently a brother in our hall snitched on my brother and i for supposed wrongdoings (myself for being gay), and the elders have been badgering our family for a few weeks now.

  we are all tired of it.

  I have question about the new light on the statues toes

  my son went to the dc this past weekend and we visited on the phone for a bit about what he picked up there.

  he of course was sad and worried for us because we no longer have anything to do with the org.

  we covered alot of issues that had to do with why i felt that the org did not have gods holy spirit.

  regarless of their identity - in fact, if they are really "discreet" their identity should probably remain unknown - do you believe the bible speaks of a spirit annointed class of folks, a limited number of humans that have been called to heaven to serve with jesus?.

  How would I explain Rev 5:9? Put down the storybook and step away from the Kingdom Hall. Rent a good movie and anoint a bowl of popcorn with butter and enjoy. Rule over the livingroom with justice and snacks.

  I hate preachers and thier self exalting bullshit. They get a rush out of people looking at them and listening to them get "so fired up!". Glad it floats your boat. I'm sure the basket really filled up after the Laminin Cross was shown. Jesus was crucified on a laminin cross, amazing! Give me a fricken break.
